Concerts and Games
So I saw Akron/Family last night. It was an amazing show at a fairly crappy venue (The Creepy Crawl in St. Louis). The first band was decent but the lead singer needed to go (Belgium Whale). The next band was pretty great (Megafaun) and it turned out that a few of the guys in their band played with Akron on stage. Then Greg Davis played, which was good, but not very entertaining for a live performance honestly. At about 11:00pm Akron got on stage and played until about 1:15 am. It was amazing. I don’t think most people knew who they were going to see though: many of them left around 12:30. Considering that there were only about 200 (or less) people there in the first place there were only about 60 or so people left by the end of the show. I can’t imagine that this was a good crowd for them.
I ended up with three new CDs out of it (Love Is Simple technically isn’t even out yet, and the Megafaun CD isn’t even “for sale” I guess). Good times all around.
Since Friday I’ve made three (amazing!) games using Klik ‘n Play, a god awful program for teaching kids how to make games. The reason I made these games is because of THIS. I didn’t really take this seriously, but I figured I’d put my games up here anyways for some feed back on how amazing/horrible/ridiculous they are:
-Sky is Falling
-Sad Old Man
-Kick the Habbit (you addict!)
EDIT: Here’s two more for the list. I ended up making 5 total:

told you akron family was awesome.
